I am keen on a german monochromatic challenge so that I created another card with the colour 'Crumb Cake'.

Ich hab mich mal einer Monochrom-Challenge gestellt mit der Hürde, wirklich nur eine einzige Farbe zu verwenden (eigentlich darf man sich ja bei monochrom in der Farbfamilie bewegen). Dann habe ich noch mit dem Schwämmchen und dem Edge-Distresser alles schön ramponiert.
I took up a monochromatic challenge with the twist to use only one colour (not a colour family). Then I sponged a lot and distressed the edges.

Dies ist eine Auftragskarte für einen Tormann zum 30. Geburtstag. Na da hatte ich doch nochmal das Stempelset von der vorher geposteten Karte einsetzen können. Ich hab mit Archival Ink gestempelt, klar embosst und mit Polychromos coloriert.
This is a birthday card for a netminder who's turning to 30. So I could use the stamp set from the last post once again. I stamped the images, clearly embossed them and coloured with Polychromos.

Schüttelkarte / Shaker Card

Ich bekam einen Auftrag für eine Geburtstagskarte zum 40. Geburtstag des Sohnes zu machen. Knackpunkt waren die Eckdaten zur Gestaltung: Er steht auf BMW und Dynamo Dresden. Innen bitte mit Geldfach.
Ich habe mir echt den Kopf zerbrochen. Einzig geschickte Lösung war eine Schüttelkarte, wo ich die nötigen Motive als Konfetti untergebracht habe:
1. BMW- und Dynoamo-Logo ausgedruckt, laminiert, von Hand ausgeschnitten
2. Fußball- und Wortstempel (TOR!) auf Schrumpffolie gestempelt, mit Kreisstanzer ausgestanzt und geschrumpft
3. farblich passendes Mini-Konfetti mit einem Lochstanzer aus den Papierresten gestanzt
Der Hintergrund ist geprägt, der Text gestempelt und silbern embosst. Das Karteninnere ist auch bestempelt. Für das Geld habe ich ein Kuvert mit Magnetschließe gemacht. Schließlich passte die Karte nicht in einen Umschlag, also habe ich noch eine Box gebastelt. Das waren mehrere Stunden Arbeit!
I had an order for a birthday card. The neighbour's son is turning to 40. It should include a money holder. And he loves BMW and a famous german soccer club. Phew, what to do? Best choice was to create a shaker card with confetti, that shows both logos. 
1. I printed out the logos, laminated them and cut them out. 
2. I stamped the football image and the 'Goal!' onto shrinkwrap, punched it out and shrinked it.
3. I punched matching confetti with a hole punch.
The background paper was dry embossed, the sentiment was stamped and heat embossed with silver powder. I stamped the inside and included an envelope with a magnetic closure. And last I had to create a box for this thick card.

3 Fensterkarten + 1 / 3 Window Cards + 1

Für diese Karten habe ich den Hintergrund aquarelliert und bestempelt und danach das Fenster ausgestanzt. Die obere Lage ist mit 3D-Schaumklebeband montiert. Die kleinen glänzenden Punkte aus Spiegelkarton waren eigentlich Reste einer anderen Ausstanzung, passten hier aber ganz gut. Die lila Karte ging auf weite Postreise, die habe ich platt gelassen.
For these cards I painted the background in watercolours. Then I stamped the images and cut out the window of 3 cards. I mounted the upper layer with 3D-foam. Those tiny dots of mirror card were actually leftovers from another die-cut, but fit here pretty good. The purple one was sent by mail for a long distance, so I let it flat.

Teenagerkarte / Card for a Teenager

Hallo, ihr Lieben, ich grüße euch! Ich habe für unseren Neffen diese Geburtstagskarte gemacht - hoffentlich teenagertauglich. ;-)
Der Hintergrund ist in der Aquarell-Abklatsch-Technik gemacht: Kleckse aus den SU-Tintenflaschen "Savanne" und "Sahara Sand" auf Folie getropft, Wasser drauf gesprüht, auf dem Papier abgedrückt. Darauf habe ich gestempelt, einen Silberfaden sowie ein paar gestanzte silberne Sterne aufgeklebt.
Hi there, I made a birthday card for our nephew. The guitar image is perfect because he learnes to play for many years. and anyhow - I think this design is teenager complient. ;-)
I created the background with the watercolor technique: I let drop some Stampin'Up refill ink 'Crumb Cake' and 'Savanne' onto foil, spread some water and smudged it onto the paper. The I stamped the images and added some silver thread and silver die-cut stars.

Hallo, ihr Guten, für einen Freund, der gemeinam mit uns den Imkerlehrgang absolviert hatte, habe ich diese Geburtstagskarte gemacht. Der Hintergrund ist mit Glimmermist gesprüht, darauf habe ich Schnörkel und Text gestempelt und silbern embosst. Der Rest sind Stanzteile.
Und mal so nebenbei: Wir warten alle sehnsüchtig auf die Frühlingssonne, damit die kleinen fleißigen Bienen endlich ausschwärmen können.  🐝
I'm gonny share with you a birthday card for a friend that took a beekeeper course together with my husband and me. I glimmermisted the background, stamped and embossed the swirls and sentiment and then added the die-cut pieces. I usually prefer to stamp the sentiment, but to make it as individual as possible, I often use alphabet dies to create the name of the recipient.

Hallo, ihr Lieben, ich möchte euch eine Mädchenkarte für einen 10. Geburtstag zeigen, schön pink, trotzdem cool - wie's den kleinen Ladies eben gefällt. Motiv und Glückwunsch sind mit schwarzem Pulver embosst, das Hintergrundmuster ist mit Versafine Onyx Black gestempelt. Der Rest sind Stanzteile und Blümchen.

I embossed the image and the sentiment with black powder and then added the girl's name with die-cut leters. I usualy prefer to stamp the sentiment, but to make it as individual as possible I often use alphabet dies to create the name of the recipient. The background pattern was stamped with Versafine Onyx Black.The rest are die-cuts and flowers.
